Every Orangetheory heart-rate monitored group session is an hour long combination of cardiovascular and strength training in which our personal gym trainers lead you through challenging intervals of treadmill training, indoor rowers, TRX suspension training, weight training blocks, and floor exercises. Our members burn an approximate 500 to 1,000 calories per workout!
